Heather's Seasonal Yoga Classes are absolutely wonderful. My body has changed shape (for the better!) and I'm now much more supple even after a few months...Each session is planned to stimulate whichever parts of the body are linked to the season so there is a variety of poses and movements which change week to week. She incorporates Qigong and Tai chi moves into sessions too and I enjoy how invigorated my body feels afterwards. She is supportive, warm and super friendly and I highly recommend her classes. ”
