Seasonal Yoga Classes are tailored to the elements and their meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Classes focus on particular energy channels and corresponding organs in line with each season. . Each class is tailored to the seasons, compining Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and a modern understanding of body movement with TCM ideas about the changing nature and energy of the seasons around us, and within.

Passion for Yoga and Wellness
As a 200 hr Seasonal Yoga Instructor since March 2019, my goal has been to support wellness by bringing together body, mind and breath. Situated in the East Lothian area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to guide each student to make their yoga practice their own. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle? Yoga starts at the physical level usually, then with commitment, slowly but surely the yoga and wellness begin to bubble over from the outside in. You will learn about your body, the organs inside, how to live more in alignment with nature and listen to your body. I look forward to practicing Yoga with you.
