My mission is to make yoga and the TCM 5 element system inclusive and useful to all students. To share the benefits of yoga by clearly and compassionately guiding students through yoga practices and demonstrating tools that can nurture their mind, body and spirit.


Before joining a session with me please fill out and  print off this form and either email me a photo or bring with you on your first Yoga or Qigong session.
